Marketed our large family home in Rowlands Castle over a difficult period of 2.5 years, when the market was almost completely frozen, with absolute professionalism. Produced a top quality brochure initially, followed by aerial drone shots and later an internal video. Excellent postings on Rightmove and Zoopla with regular updates on the viewing figures. Over 40 viewings in that period with instructive feedback on every one. Monthly meetings to review progress and strategy. We never doubted their ability to find us a good buyer at a fair price. We were originally with another estate agents and although we had a lot of viewings we weren't getting anywhere in terms of follow up.
